REFUND POLICY

We at MY EXTENDER cater to the refund request by the customer. If any customer is not satisfied with our services, He/She may have the right to process a refund request for the service they have received from us. However, Our retention team will contact the customer and will try to satisfy. Still, if the customer does not want to go ahead with our service, they have the right to proceed with the refund request. To do so you will need to follow a certain process to stake your claim for a refund. if you are not satisfied with our services, You will need to place a refund request for the services which you have with us, this needs to be completed within 7 business days once you opt-in our service. Once we receive a request for refunds we will process your request within 7-10 business days. Additional charges will be applicable for processing all refunds.

If a request is placed within 24 hours from the date of purchase no cancellation charges would be applicable. If a request is placed after the 24 hours from the date of purchase a cancellation charge of 25% of your invoice value would be deducted and the balance -amount will be credited back to your card which was used in the process of taking our services. If a request is placed within 7-15 business days from the date of purchase of our services, a cancellation charge of 50% of your invoice value would be deducted and the balance amount will be credited back to your card which was used in the process of buying our subscription. If a request is placed after 15 business days no refund would be applicable

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

Refunds are only processed after receiving a refund/ canceling request via email from the registered email address which is present in our records. We do not process requests over chat and phone. Terms which may make your refund request void.If you are requesting a refund from an email address which is not registered an email address with us.

If you are requesting a refund to a credit card which was not used during buying of our subscription. If you have placed a request for any other form of communication besides an email. Since MY EXTENDER is offering non-tangible irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is rendered or delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon Booking any service at our site. Please note that our specialized services are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or charge back. Thus service and packages is NOT a subject of CHARGE BACK. Therefore, we DO accept requests for the refund on Future Based on the following reasons: Download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Online Support department. If you do not contact us properly during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a download issue reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 business days may result in a refund decline; Major defects: All the products are thoroughly tested before release, but unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.

Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not entertained. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund, return and exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.) Other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
